Based on the material provided to us, Deloitte has calculated the IRR performance of the 2018 fund and compared this to infrastructure funds of vintage 2018 from the Preqin database.
The comparison, which can be seen in the figure, is made on net IRR, as this is consistent with Preqins methodology.
The net IRR for the 2018 fund is calculated to be 54.5%.
